Healix Topical Fluoride Thixotropic Gel APF Gel is Topical fluoride thixotropic gel (APF gel) Acidulated Phosphate Fluoride Ion for professional topical use to prevent dental caries.

Key Ingredients : Water, Sodium Fluoride, Sodium Hydroxide, Disodium Phosphate, Sorbitol, Sodium Methyl Paraben.

Directions to use:

• It is not to be used on empty stomach.
• After prophylaxis, and air drying the teeth, squeeze gel from the bottle on the applicator foam tray and insert over upper and lower teeth.
• Instruct the patient to bite down tightly for four to six minutes with intermittent chewing motion which facilitates interproximal penetration.
• Remove the trays. Instruct the patient to expectorate any excess gel and advice the patient not to eat or drink for at least 30 minutes.
• Repeat treatment once or twice a year.
• In patients with rampant or active caries, repeat treatment once or twice in every six month
